Be sure to come join us tomorrow morning at the annual Autism Walk

Located at Celery Flats, 7335 Garden Lane, Portage, MI 49002

Registration begins at 9:30am and the walk will take place at 11.

The walk will take place regardless of inclement weather, which is not expected.

Thank you for taking the time to visit our website. Please accept our personal invitation to visit us if you're in the Kalamazoo/Battle Creek area. The Kalamazoo/Battle Creek Chapter of the Autism Society is a registered 501(c) 3 nonprofit organization servicing Kalamazoo, Calhoun, Van Buren and Allegan counties.

Our chapter was formed in 1982 by a group of parents who wanted to provide support to families facing the challenges of autism. Autism is a complex disorder that can take a toll on any family. While our chapter has evolved over the years our desire remains the same: to support families and individuals affected by autism in our community.

Our mission is to improve the lives of all affected by autism through support, resources and awareness.

We work diligently to accomplish this mission by providing family fun events, support group meetings, coffee days, parent's night out and resource information. We also collaborate with other organizations to provide educational workshops, speakers, Sibshops© and inclusion opportunities within the community.
